This is my 4th year training with Dina Ding at EVA while studying at one of the most academically rigorous HS in the country. Dina has a unique training approach at her small club, focusing on technique, speed and vb EQ. She aims to develop all around 6 position players. I started sports playing squash at 8yrs, getting MVP for the MS squash team. In MS, I realized I loved volleyball even more, getting special permission in 8th grade to play Varsity as Starting 6pos RS, being L-H. I had the most kills this season. In ‘22 & ‘23, ‘24 my club team placed gold bracket at the NEQ and Boston and Gold consolation at AAU Nat’ls in 22 and 23 and Ruby in ‘24. I also had some success competing in summer VB tournaments (winning Aug ‘24 GAV U18 Beach championship, Aug ‘24 U18 SCV Grass tournament Championship, and the U14 ‘22 OCEAN BEACH QUALIFIER Championship).
Volleyball keeps me focused and revs me up! I hope to play at a high academic university and am super excited for the season. Hope to see you on the courts!
