Hi, my name is Mia Francis. My goals for college is to play the best I can, to be a part of a team that is like family. I want to learn as much as I can from my coaches and teammate. I want to improve my skills. To work as hard as possible not for myself, but for my team . What makes me a good candidate for your team would be my personality and work ethic. I am very out-going and always there to make any one smile. Once I am part of a team we are family, I will play for each and every one of my teammate. I want to be held responsible for all of my plays and be able to make my team better. I need to be a play maker, so I work in the gym or weight room to make that possible. Academically, I have been pushed since 1st grade to have the best possible grades. I have been on the honor roll since elementary school. I strive on great grades and being able to have the highest GPA possible. I have been playing volleyball competitively since 6 th grade, and still remain in Honors classes and on the First Honor roll in high school. I work as hard as I can on the court and in school.
