My goal for college is to play the sport I love for as long as I can, at the highest level I can. I thought I could quit volleyball after graduating high school and be satisfied, so I didn't pursue recruiting or collegiate volleyball. During my year away from playing, I coached a team of 12's, so I was never really away from the sport. Coaching made me realize that although I love helping young athletes grow, I wasn't done growing myself. I realized I what I wanted most was to play again and push myself to be the best I could be. My drive to be the best makes me a dedicated, hardworking player who will never stop pushing herself and never give up. The influence of the many coaches I've had has made me into a coachable player who uplifts and encourages teammates.
