Reann Cato '21 Recruiting Profile

Hello ,

  I am Reann Cato, a college sophomore Libero/DS at Auburn University of Montgomery; a NCAA division II program in Alabama. I am from Crestview, FL. I am currently in the transfer portal and upon completion of this upcoming spring, I am planning to finish my academic and volleyball career at AUM.

 The reason I am entering the transfer portal from my current program is to further continue pushing my drive and passion for volleyball. The coaching and competitiveness of AUM was an amazing experience but I believe that another program with more positive and driven atmosphere would fit me better as a player and person. I have 2 remaining years of eligibility and have looked deeply into your program. With that being said, I believe I can be an immediate impact player defensively and on serve receive in your conference.

  Stats:   

     In my freshman year and sophomore year at AUM , I have totaled 544 digs (256 digs within 27 matches my freshman year) and (288 digs within 31 matches my second season). I have also totaled 31 service aces in those years. 

     In high school, I was on varsity all 4 years, playing in the elite 8 of Florida playoffs. I was Libero for the subway all star senior match , won district championship 3 times and led the district in digs during my senior year.
