My goals and aspirations as an athlete and academic student are to be the best I can be, to grow academically, athletically but most important as a person, and to become a Professional individual which will help me in my adult life. My goal is for college to be my second family, experience, new adventures, be able to know my teammates and School mates, and build a relationship. As far as playing is concerned, trust in each other on the court and outside the court, Is also to be competitive but to respect each other to compete at the highest level and put effort on the court to win and have fun at the same time. I expect to be able to contribute, to help each other when one of the players needs it, and also to help them improve in every way mentally and physically, to be a strength to the other teammates for them to get up and keep fighting, to be positive and have a good attitude all the time inside the court and outside the court, to communicate and understand each other, to improve on skills and technique, to go to practice every day and put the maximum effort in, to show how good you are without putting down other people, to encourage your teammates to get better and have the will to win every time we put our feet on the court, to be able to accomplish everything with them as a team, athletic and academic, to help each other to reach their goal and help them fight every obstacle they have in front together, to depend on each other to relive things on.
What makes me a good candidate for the team is that I am a very hardworking person, I like to get things done the right way, I am a very good listener, I follow directions right away when coached, and I will always put my best effort every time we play or even at practice, I don't like to give up at all. I will fight until the game is over, I will help every single one of my teammates to keep fighting and to stay positive and with a good attitude to keep playing, I have good energy on the court, I am a very responsible person, I am a very energetic person on the court and outside the court, I like to hold other accountable and will push every single player to give their absolute best every time, push them until they realize they are capable of doing it.
What makes me different from others in character, athlete, and academics, and that I am a very honest person with very good values, and I am self-confident. I am a believer that we can win anything we put our best on, I am a person that can take a step forward to speak up about any situation or something we need to get resolved. I am a very competitive person, I am also a very motivated person everywhere I go, I am a very passionate person with volleyball like in every way, I am a very committed person with anything I am doing, I am disciplined with anything you tell me to do, I am also a very optimistic person. In athletics I am a very active person, I am competitive, I like to win but I also know how to lose, I will put maximum effort all the time I am in court, I like to learn new things and skills, I am a very passionate person with this sport, I know how to take things seriously, I will do anything the coaches ask us to do inside the court and outside the court, I am very active and I will move a lot on the court just to not let a ball drop, most of the time we are struggling I will take the first step to the side- out of the point and helps us get back on a run. Also in academics, I am very responsible with my school work, I don’t like to miss work at all so I don't lose the opportunity to play or go to practice and also not get stressed. I will always have my good grades, currently having a GPA of 3.6 or 3.8 and having two-sport that are beach volleyball and indoor volleyball and having practice every day and games on the weekends. I don’t leave my things to the last minute and right now in my final quarter having straight A’s. I will prioritize both of the things about my sport and academics all the time and will be completely responsible for both of them.
