Alannah Nelson '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alannah Nelson; 

I know that with achieving any goal you need hard work, determination and aptitude. I want to go to a program that is willing to push me to become the best athlete I can be, paired with a great support system for my academic career. In the past I have been co- captain of my team and as a captain I was said to be responsible, mature and compassionate towards my teammates. Having my teammates look up to me is an honor and being able to help my team get better as a whole, brings me joy. The three things that mean the most to me are family, academics, and volleyball. These three things shaped me to become the person I am today. Once I step onto the court, I become the best version of myself and I am looking to find a program that supports me and my future endeavors.
