Savanna Bannerman '14 Recruiting Profile

  My name is Savanna Bannerman, I am 18 years old and 6 foot 3 inches tall. My main position is Middle, whether  its hitting or blocking I excel at both. I am a senior this year at Royal Palm Beach High School, I play for Palm Beach Juniors Volleyball Club on the 17/18's National team.

  I play volleyball because I love the game, the rush, and the feeling of dominating the court! I want to continue playing volleyball in college because the drive and passion I have for this game is what I live for, this sport allows me to use my height to not only my advantage, but for my teams advantage!  I have many goals I wish to pursue, including playing competitive volleyball for a University, not only where I can improve my athletic skills, but also to earn a degree in the Arts.

  I love being one of the tallest girls on the team, I also love being a team player and being able to support my teammates on and off the court. My dream is to be a sports photographer and coach club or even start my own club and make it KNOWN.  What I want to do is prove everybody wrong that ever doubted me, I want to show the world who I am and the amazing things i can do in volleyball.

I'm not just some awkward tall girl, I am a volleyball player, I was BUILT to play this sport.
