My name is Kassidy Wollett, and I am a Libero/DS. I am currently attending Union Grove High School in McDonough, Georgia, and I will be graduating in 2017. I play for both my high school and the Tsunami Volleyball Club 18-2 #6
I have been playing volleyball since the beginning of 8th grade, and I knew right away volleyball would be my passion. I am a well rounded volleyball player being able to play any position on the court that is needed, whether it be front or back row.
My 10th grade year I was blessed with the opportunity to play Varsity on my high school team. I progressed from being a DS to an all around outside. This past high school season, my junior year, I was a starting outside hitter who played all the way around. I was named one of the top 5 outside hitters with kills in my area and I also received the MVP award for the season (Wolverine Award).
I work very hard to excel on the court as well as in the class room. I take many honors classes as well as college classes through dual enrollment. In my future I hope to pursue my academics by majoring in Sports Medicine and minoring in education.
I am a player that is very coachable and wants to continually learn to become a better person and volleyball player. I enjoy competition and want to be challenged at the highest level so I can gain experience for the future.
