Currently I am a junior at Norcross High School in Norcross Georgia but I should be a sophomore. I was born in May of 2011 so I am 15 years old but I started Pre K when I was 3 so I am a full year ahead in school.
I challenge myself academically and Norcross is an IB school which allows me to take both AP and IB classes. At the end of my sophomore year, my GPA was 3.54 and my class rank was 151 out of 1004 and I had accumulated 5 AP classes. This year I am taking a mix of AP and IB, including IB physics and I am on track to better my GPA.
I have started on the Varsity volleyball team all 3 years. I played right side my freshman year, outside my sophomore year and middle this year. We have 2 hitters graduating this year so I may move back to outside next year depending on the need of my team. This year I am proud to tell you that our team made it to the Elite 8 for the second year in a row and I earned the Class 7A All Area First Team Award!
I have played club volleyball since my 12’s year. I played for GA 5 on the 12-1 team when I started and then for my 13’s year I moved to the more challenging A5 team and was selected for the 13-2 team and I have remained at A5. I was just selected for the 16-2 team and below is our tournament schedule. I am a 6’2” middle blocker in club and won the AAU All Star Award my 14’s year!
