My name is Cara Bianco and I live in Alpharetta, Georgia. I moved to Georgia from Cleveland, Ohio when I was seven years old. I attend Blessed Trinity High School and I have a 3.7 GPA. My faith is a huge part of my life and something that I turn to when I need guidance, hope, and reassurance that God has a plan for me. I started watching volleyball when I was three years old when my older sister started playing. Every chance I had, players and parents from my sisters team would toss me the ball and I would learn how to play. I finally was able to try out for a club team when I was 8 years old, and I made the 10-1s at A5 Volleyball Club. I have been in love with the game ever since. I am a leader on the court and I enjoy all the memories and good times I spend with my teammates. I’ve learned throughout the years that my biggest passion is volleyball and I am willing to put in the work to reach my goals. Volleyball is something that makes me happy and I enjoy doing, so I want to do it for as long as I can. My goals in my volleyball career include playing volleyball in college and continuing to improve my skills and always giving my absolute best. I want to grow my character and continue to become a well-rounded person and teammate. My academic goals for high school and college include maintaining a high GPA and being able to balance sports and school well.
