Sydney Ellsworth '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sydney Ellsworth, I am currently in my Senior year at Castleford High School.  I have been a starter on Varsity for the past three seasons.  I play Middle, Outside, and defensive specialist and play all six rotations. Since I began playing it has always been my goal to play at the college level.  I am open to all possible options, I just want to find a good fit for myself on the court and in the classroom. 

I would be a good candidate for a college team because I am highly competitive, coachable, hard working, have a positive attitude, and believe in the success of the team not just the individual.

What makes me different than other recruits is my ability to adapt and fit in wherever I go, I am a military child so moving and adapting has always been a way of life for me.  I also believe in giving back and serving my community through volunteer opportunities. I work hard in the classroom and strive to learn from every experience.
