Marisela Rios '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Marisela Rios and I am 5'5". My postion is a Defensive Specialist and I have been used as a setter for 2 years of my volleyball experience. I have had 5 years of volleyball and 4 years of Varsity experience. I was voted MVP my sophomore year, recieved a Pride Patch all 4 years, and I was awarded a medal for Most Digs my junior year. I also recieved the TEAM ( Talent; Encouragement; Attitude; Motivation) Award as a senior. I am currently a senior at Cristo Rey Jesuit Highschool and we have come in 1st Place in our Conference in all of my highschool years.
I am filled with dedication and I wish to continue playing volleyball in college. I entered the recruiting process a bit late but I am willing to try my hardest to succeed. I am open to any opportunities in whichever division and/or position. When it comes to practice I look for ways to improve the way I play and I am very spontaneous. I do not mind going out of state and on the size of the classroom.
