Hey guys, my name is Lainey, and I am a sophomore at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, IL. I know NCSA is typically used for high school athletes, but I want to play on after LLCC, so I figured I would continue to use my profile for that reason! During my freshman season at LLCC, I got playing time in nearly every match, running a 6-2. We ended up finishing 3rd at nationals, and I was named MWAC Freshman of the Year! So far my sophomore season, I became the first person to ever get 50+ assists in a 3 set match, and also broke the school record for most assists in a game (64). I am currently ranked in the top 15 in the nation for assists per set, and 5th for assists overall! I am an Exercise Science major, and am looking to transfer at the end of my fall semester, so I can get to know all the girls on my future team better before the real season starts!
