London Mitchell '24 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball is truly my passion. Playing, training, meeting coaches and players, and learning the game of volleyball  has made me into the leader, student, athlete, and person that I am now. I started rec league volleyball when I was nine years old, and I instantly fell in love with the sport and the connections that I made with my teammates. Two years later, I began my club experience, not looking back since. As a 4-time captain, my leadership skills have grown and continue to grow every season, setting me apart from other players. As a setter, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to learn the art of making connections, growing not only my volleyball skill set but also my leadership and communication skills. I’m eager to learn, whether it be on the court or off, in the gym or the classroom, from a coach, a teacher, or a mentor. In addition to volleyball, I’ve put an emphasis on schoolwork and education in my life, making straight A’s and looking to learn new things every day. When I’m not playing volleyball or doing schoolwork, I enjoy volunteering in the church, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors.
