I would like to continue my volleyball career throughout college. My goal is to study sports management and marketing to continue my involvement in sports and mentoring. I have played varsity basketball since my freshman year but volleyball is my priority sport! I am on the student council, Future Christian Athletes, DECA, NHS and mentor lower classman in training for volleyball and basketball. I have played travel club ball since 7th grade and play and train all year round. I work a part-time job at a local grocery store while working hard to achieve a GPA ranging from 3.3 to 3.9 at times. I have been awarded MVP 3 years in a row, All Conference 1st Team as a senior, All Conference Honorable Mention as a Junior, Kiwanis Athlete of the Month (Nov. 2012) and 2013 Kiwanis Athlete of the Year. I aspire to be a strong athlete while gaining an education to further my career goals. My goal is to achieve this while continuing to be a mentor to those around me, play volleyball and be successful at college!
This year at AAU Nationals my travel team took Silver and ended up 16 in the Nation. This was a great accomplishment for my team and I am very excited and proud to have played with such great athletes!
