Hope Mitchell '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi!  My name is Hope and I have been playing volleyball for 10 years.  I have a strong love for the game and enjoy being on the court.  You can always look to me for leadership and enthusiasm while playing.  I value academics as well as athletics and strive to achieve highly in both. This past season, I was voted team captain and I hit RS for varsity, helping us to a 20-13 record. I was also blessed to receive the Navy and Gold award for my team, a player voted award.  The Navy and Gold award is "the player that best represents Norwell volleyball on and off the court".  My coach further described that this award embodies a person who cares more about the success of her team than the success of herself. It was an honor to win this for my varsity team both sophomore year as well as junior year. After graduation I plan to attend a college that will allow me to develop athletically, spiritually, and academically and pursue a career in finance with the goal of becoming an entrepreneur.
