Dear Coach,

My name is Leslie Roush, and I am a member of the Class of 2028 with a 4.26 GPA. I have been playing volleyball since the 6th grade and am currently in my fourth season of travel volleyball with Dunes Volleyball Club. My goal is to compete at the collegiate level, as I am deeply passionate about the sport and thrive in a competitive environment.

I am a highly coachable athlete with a strong volleyball IQ, exceptional defensive skills, and mental toughness. As a leader, I take a democratic approach, fostering teamwork and communication both on and off the court. I actively seek opportunities to improve by attending camps and clinics and am always eager for feedback to refine my game.

I am looking for a college program that will challenge me both academically and athletically, where I can contribute to the team’s success while continuing to grow as a player and student. I am excited about the opportunities ahead.
