Elizabeth Turner '25 Recruiting Profile

I am a conscientious person and love the technical aspects of volleyball as well as the excitement and teamwork involved in the sport. I set high expectations for myself and would love to play volleyball at a higher level. I enjoy school and match the effort that I put into volleyball in the classroom, determined to maintain a 3.9 GPA or above throughout high school. My mother's work ethic inspires me as she moved nearly 6000 miles away from her family to support the mission of the United States Military by providing a good education for children while stationed overseas. I am determined to do my best no matter the circumstance and remain composed in any situation. My unusual experience of attending a Japanese school for 10 years and playing with a Japanese team for 4 years has shaped me as a player and a person. I would love to share my unique perspective drawn from these opportunities with a college team and learn from experienced individuals to grow not only as a student-athlete but as a person.
