Personal Statement
My name is Jasmine Ingraham and I am an Outside Blocker/Hitter for my National Island Team and Captain of my High School and junior high volleyball for the past 3 years. Also, where I was named MVP for 2/3 years. I am apart of the graduating class of 2025 at Tabernacle Baptist Christia Academy. I am absolutely inlove with volleyball. Ever since I was introduced in 2nd grade, I knew from then it would be the sport for me. 9 years later, it has opened doors for me that I couldn't even imagine.
I pride myself into working hard to improve myself: my mental health, my physical health, my playing ability in games and especially, my academics. Also, with my volleyball talent, my sportsmanship, my perserverence, and my instructable attitude would be a great addition to any collegiate team. I would love to share my personality and get to know and understand my fellow players while keeping and respectful order and concentration on the game and during practice. I am a girl that always rely on my teammates during the game and practice. I feel like girls who are on any team should find ways to build relationships off the court to use that on the court to cheer each other on.
My goal is to get a full scholarship to an amazing school that excels in volleyball and helps me achieve the degrees that I desire and need. I am able to balance out sports and academics at the same time. Although I'm in love with volleyball sportwise, I am an academic child first.
