Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Vittoria and I live in Rome. I've been practicing volleyball for 7 years and despite this i immediatly felt good with this sport. When i practice something that fascinates me a lot, i always look for the best, and perphas it is my characteristic that has already led me to have good results. I would like to come and play in the USA to improve my skills and play in a different reality from the italian one.
I would like to finish the first three years of university in Rome, and then if I manage to have the opportunity to do my master's degree in the USA.I am very driven on and off the court and view myself as a leader not only within my team but in the community as well. I am very coachable and willing to do whatever it takes to improve my skills and abilities as well as those of my teammates.
I've always thought that playing for a college changes your life, both as an athlete and as a person, because it's like entering a new family where you can prove who you are, what you're worth and trying every day to give them new satisfaction. I love being able to create new bonds with my coaches/teammates and overall just have fun while playing the sport I love most!
