Aida Hernandez '16 Recruiting Profile

I have the experience and spirit to play volleyball since I was ten years old it is my passion. Since I first started I have never been disappointing of myself because I always do everything that it’s in my power to get that first pass for the team to make a perfect move.

With the pass of the years I have been playing with a lot of different teams that’s why I learned how communication it’s the key, how to encourage others outside and inside the court every day and every time because they were my team, also how to improve my leadership with the entire team and with my courses.

I have determination and courage to do everything that it needs to be done. I am responsible and strive to have always the best results with my team. I have a quick movement and a strong body to deal with every situation on the court, of course I never give up.

I am always helping my team because it is a game of six and we all are one, we all need to do or help each other to complete the only one goal, to be the best every day.

I want to attend a college where I can be better, where I can improve not only my sport and team skills but also my academic skills and knowing that I can reach all my potential even more and loving my daily schedule.

I have taught younger players the sport of volleyball and I plan to continue helping others to connect through this great sport.
