Personal Statement
I've been obsessed with volleyball since i was five years old, through my teenage years i started getting more interested in the sport more and more. I've been through many ups and downs to get to where i am now and even though its been a hard journey I'm willing to give it my all. I've always loved watching college volleyball even as a non-American, and seeing many international students take the step of studying abroad while doing the thing they love most is so aspiring to me.
i have some experience in most positions as I've played OH/OPP for three years and Libero for seven years. I'm pretty fast on the court and give my all in every training and match. i encourage my teammates in and out of the court and strive to be a good teammate for all while maintaining a positive mindset. I quickly learn from my mistakes and I'm always working hard to benefit my team in any way possible.
In the classroom, i always try my best to get high scores and study hard most days of the week. i keep a good relationship with my teachers all year round.
I want to attend a college where i can give my all both in the classroom and the court. I am open to all options given for a good degree and the highest competition level possible. I believe i can become another inspiring person to a younger peer, to make my family proud and be a loyal student-athlete to my future college.
