Personal Statement

I only started playing volleyball in grade 9 when I moved to Canada. It took me less than a year to fully fall in love with the sport. From the very first practice, the progress was already noticeable. Right now, after only three years of playing, I evolved into a player who can scare other teams.

I am the best candidate for the team because I can improve at a higher speed than any other player.

AwardsI am a great student that always tries to be on top of the class. Last year I got first in the COMC in the province of Manitoba I also received a school champion award for the Galois math contest
Activities1. Tutoring - I tutor one of my friends in math, her marks have improved 20% since the beginning of our tutoring sessions. 2. Participating in several mathematics camps - During the summer I like to spend my time with benefit, and math camps are a great way to do that. 3. Working - every student needs money. This is why this summer I will be doing an internship at Nokia.
