Personal Statement
My name is Sofia Gonzalez. I am an outside and opposite hitter with a passion for volleyball. I am in the 2026 class and have played volleyball for four years. My commitment to the sport sets me apart from other players. Volleyball has taught me many valuable lessons that have helped me on and off the court. I have dedicated countless hours to improving my skills and taking my skills to the next level. I am also a committed player and want to continue growing as a player and teammate. Volleyball is a vital part of my life as it provides joy and teaches me much about dedication, perseverance, and teamwork. Volleyball is a passion that I want to continue for as long as possible. Additionally, I am a valuable player for my skill and attitude on the court. I try my best to stay positive and uplift my team; even if I make a mistake, I try to move on and focus on the next point.
