Hannah Moeller '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hannah and I feel as though I have all the components that would make me a successful student athlete. 

I am extremely motivated and feel that there is no excuse for not give 110% at all times. Receiving a college degree and having athletics play a role in my college experience is one of my biggest dreams. 

I am beginning my junior year at North Scott High School and will be starting on the varsity team for the third year. I am the only returning starter and will be looked to by my teammates and my coaches as a leader on and off the court. I also play club volleyball with Platform Elite where our 16N team placed fifth at both the Iowa Regional Volleyball Tournament and fifth at the Windy City National Qualifier in Chicago. 

In July I was greatful for the amazing experience of getting to play for the Iowa HP Girls Youth National Team at the HP National Championships where our team earned the bronze medal. 

In in addition to volleyball I also participate in varsity basketball and enjoy strength training and running. 

I am excited about the opportunity to play volleyball at the next level. I feel my athleticism, positive attitude, and leadership skills will make me a valuable member of a college volleyball program.
