I am a 5'7" sophomore from Fort Madison HS, Fort madison Iowa. I started as libero for varsity my freshman year and as well this year as a sophomore. I have been playing volleyball, softball, and soccer since 5th grade and sports are my life, but volleyball has always been my top priority!! I have been playing club volleyball with the Iowa Rockets for four years now, going on five. Having to drive an hour and a half to make every practice could be difficult at times but I managed to keep good grades and attend all practices. But I wouldn't change a thing because it has been the best four years of my life and I have grown to be very close with the new people I've met, and love the game even more!! I've been playing as the libero for all of my four years during club and my last two years in highschool season as well and I wish to pursue my dreams of playing college volleyball as the libero. I am continuing to maintain my 3.9 GPA and working towards becoming an orthodontics.
Being the youngest of three kids, I consider myself strong-willed and independent. Watching my sister go and travel eight hours away to attend her college really inspired me to be open to go anywhere for my undergraduate study.
I am excited and looking forward to this new chapter in my life and am willing to be 100% committed.
