Alliandra Hagness '23 Recruiting Profile

I love being part of a team. It is why volleyball is so important in my life. Caring for and being part of a team makes me a better person. I believe teamwork is the most important part of competition, and work hard to be the best teammate I can be. People describe my presence on the court as bright, cheerful and outgoing. I support and encourage others at all times, and strive to bring energy and enthusiasm to the court. 

I work hard on the court and in the classroom. I have a tenacious work ethic and value honesty, integrity and loyalty. I take pride in my accomplishments, celebrate our team's success, and always put the team first. I enjoy the responsibility of anchoring our team's defensive system. What I love most about our season is how well my team gets along and functions together, and my role in bringing us together and helping us to be successful.
