Langley Barger '24 Recruiting Profile

I have always played sports my entire life, Soccer, Gymnastics, Dance, T-ball, Basketball, and Volleyball, and from that environment I’ve learned how to be a good teammate, worker, and overall good person on and off the court. I have always been the “Underdog” in my middle school and coming into my high school career, which I feel is what gives me the drive to work hard behind the scenes which keeps me constantly improving. I am very hardworking, on and off the court, and I work very well with my teammates, classmates, and coaches. I also never give up on my team even if we are having problems, I will always try to find a solution and never give up until the problem is fixed and we are playing at our very best and at a high level. I aspire to play at the next level because it gives the opportunity to play teams from all over the country and have good competition, while playing the sport I love. It also gives me the opportunity to work towards a degree and a future career, while building bonds that can last lifetimes, which is what I feel is very important when it comes to teams and teammates.
