Michaela Bowers '19 Recruiting Profile

Throughout the years of being a multi-sport athlete, I have learned many things about myself.  I am a vocal leader that can always be counted on to be aggressive, hustle, and never let a ball go down without effort shown. My serve receive numbers are consistent and among the best in the state. My teammates look to me for leadership whether we are winning or losing. I am comfortable in being a leader on and off the court. I have strong core values that include confidence, mental toughness, discipline, and selflessness. 

I plan on going into Nursing. I currently work as a CNA and want to further my education in the Medical Field. I have a 3.7 GPA and plan to keep a high GPA throughout college.  McPherson High School has a rich tradition of quality teams that intrigued me as a young girl. I wanted to be a part of the tradition that continues to inspire girls to play. I am not afraid of hard work and look forward to the challenge of being a student-athlete at the next level.
