I currently go to a private Christian school and I am surrounded by people who want to help me to achieve my best. I work hard in school and have been able to maintain an A-B grade point average while playing both club and school volleyball. I feel that I have a very good ethical and morale base because of my family, friends, church, teachers and my own personal character. This is all very important to me because I strive to be a good person. My family helps ground me and we spend lots of time together boating, vacationing, bonding, and staying active.
I started playing volleyball when I was 11 years old. The first year I played on the "futures" team, the next year moved to a regional team and the following year made it to the #1 Select Travel team. I have quickly advanced my skills in volleyball over the past 4 years and have solid skills as a middle and outside hitter. I am currently working on improving my skills in all positions on the volleyball court.
My goal is to obtain a Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing. I would like to go to a college that helps me to achieve my goals, plus has a good sports program. I feel that I would be a good candidate for a team because I have a strong work ethic, I am disciplined and very dedicated. I also love volleyball!! My aspiration is to be able to play volleyball in college and be a part of a great team.
