Personal Statement
I am a four sport athlete participating in volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. I am extremely competitive and want to be the best in everything I do. I love being part of a team. As a freshman this year, I was asked by my coach to be a back row player to strengthen our varsity team`s defense. Even though I had always been a setter in middle school and junior varsity, I worked hard to learn and become a better player which helped our team to one of the best seasons in school history. Since our varsity setter was a senior and will graduate, I will work to become our varsity setter ad help our team in any way I can.
My goal is to be a college athlete and to obtain a degree. Right now, my academic goal is to become an optometrist but I am keeping all my options open as I continue to learn about many other possibilities through my current studies.
