I became very passionate about volleyball since I was introduced to it in middle school. So much that I switched from playing soccer club to volleyball, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. My goal is to play volleyball at a most competitive level in college. I believe I can contribute to such a team with my skills and my positive personality. I am very coachable, and always carry a positive and motivated attitude in the court and outside, with my coaches, and especially my teammates, by encouraging and uplifting them in good and bad situations. I have made the Varsity Volleyball team in high school in grade 10 and made it this past season as a Junior. I am currently playing in a volleyball club where I was selected to the 18s national team (MGA Volleyball club - 18 South Stars team). Also, during school vacations I like strengthening my skills by participating in volleyball camps and clinics such as PhD, Nike, and others. My goal is to constantly improve so I can fulfil my passion in playing in college. While I'm a competitive player at the net, I always conduct sportsmanship in any circumstance. I am currently attending all Honors classes and so far I have been able to balance the volleyball obligations and the demanding work from my classes with success. I look forward to the opportunity to be considered for playing in a competitive college team.
