Ava Spinney '23 Recruiting Profile

    I fell in love with volleyball my 7^th grade year. I have been focused on it ever since then and continue to push myself to improve. I am focused on and off of the court with my academic success as important as my athletic success.

    During my 9^th grade season I started on the freshman team as well as elected team captain.  I promised myself I was going to push myself to the absolute max and put my all into the season. My hard work paid off and for the second half of the season I was moved up to JV. I plan to keep good grades all throughout high school.  I plan to go to college to study pre-med and desire to play volleyball at the highest level I am personally capable of.  I love this game with all of me and I am prepared to take on whatever is needed to improve my personal game. I continue to train  year round with my club coach to improve to my skills.
