As a little girl I've dreamed of going to college but now it is turning into a reality! I'm only a sophomore but I need to start making big decisions on my next step. I became interested in playing volleyball at a collegiate level since my 7th-grade year which was my first year. I fell in love with the sport and the varsity coach Kris Owens realized this. She recommended me playing club and that's when I knew I wanted to play volleyball, even after high school. From playing volleyball these past 4-5 years I've learned a lot about myself such as my confidence level and how competitive I am. My academic goal in high school is to be valedictorian of my class, so far I am 2nd so I am very close!
Outside of volleyball, I am very busy, I play Basketball and Softball but, I also participate in my school's robotics team. This can be stressful at times but I believe it teaches me how to multi-task and work ethic. Also, my junior year of high school I will start to dual enroll which means I will be able to take college classes while I am in high school. My home life is great! I live with my mom and dad, I also have 3 half-siblings but, they are all older than me so I'm the only one at home.
