My name is Tara Creekmore and I am a class of 2025 volleyball player. I have been playing volleyball since I was six years old. Even at a young age I knew I wanted to surround myself with high-intensity players who know the game and would challenge me to become a better player. Going into my recruiting journey, as someone who likes to plan, I know that I want to continue my volleyball passion in college at a high level. Although I am not sure what major I would like to pursue, my hope is to have a career in forensics, possibly as an agent with the FBI or ATF.
Coaches have always told me that I am one of the hardest workers, not just at tournaments but at practices too. I know that being a good player and being a great player are completely different in the eyes of a coach. It takes effort. This is why I am starting my college planning early and putting effort into my school work as well as on the court. Taking these small steps now on my journey to college will make me a stronger student-athlete and a desirable player and teammate in the future.
