I am very interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level and would love to find a school that matches my athletic, academic and social desires. Having played volleyball since middle school, I believe my experience, training and dedication has provided me with a strong athletic foundation with the ability to play multiple positions and lead teams on & off the court. Academics has also been a strong focus for me. My schedule has consisted of honors and AP classes where I have maintained a 4.0 GPA. Also, being a member of the National Honor Society and Student Activities in school has allowed me the opportunity to contribute positively to both my school/classmates and my community through various events and programs (ie successful school functions, blood drives, canned food drives & raising money for various charities). While I would prefer to pursue higher education somewhat closer to home, my priority is finding a school with the right fit.
Also, although I primarily have played a defensive role in club volleyball, I am OH/DS for my high school. Here is a link to see highlights from my HS season: https://sportsrecruits.com/lauren_weber
