Hello, my name is Rachel Wirth and I am a sophomore at Fowler High School. I was on my varsity team this season and played DS for them on the right side. My dad introduced volleyball to me when I was a little younger than fourth grade. He coached my sister and I would go to their practices and I fell in love with the sport. I grew up around volleyball and my knowledge of the sport has increased greatly. I hate losing and will do anything for the team to make everyone and the team better that way we can win, Coming from such a small town I have learned to work with the equipment my school has and play with the people on my team even if their main sport is not volleyball. No matter the situation I am in I will find a way to make use of the opportunities I am given and use it to make me better so I can contribute to making the team better.
