My name is Alicia Robinson and I am an outside hitter for class the of 2022. I began to play volleyball early in my middle school years, and with each coming year I grow as a player and a teammate. I have the skill to be resourceful and an up standing player. Although I have not participated in club volleyball, I have trained and worked at playing on the collegiate level. My freshman year I told everyone that I aspire to become a four time varsity athlete for three sports, with this goal I sacrificed a lot of time but it has been worth while. I personally love playing with others, it brings me joy to learn from each other and grow together as a unit. Once I was given the opportunity to play on varsity my freshman year, I immediately had to learn to adapt. I learned to have better time management, to face adversity, and to stay positive when you're in a rut. My junior year I was able to receive the position as co-captain and a nominee for all-conference, although I am still learning I refuse to stop pursuing my goal of becoming a four time varsity athlete.
