Lauren Schofield '20 Recruiting Profile

When I first started playing volleyball in 7th grade, I knew right then that I wanted to play in college. Ever since then I have been working on and off the court to get to where I am today. It is my dream to play at the highest level possible and to get amazing training. I love to compete at a fast pace. I am very vocal on the court and always trying to make those around me better in any way possible along with myself because any chance I can get to become better, I take it. I always want what's best for my team. I am a an all-around player and can go where ever I am needed to get the job done. I am very coachable and always willing to take advice and transfer that into the next play to become a better player.

I want to find the best college for me, which would include a high level of play while also studying business and marketing. I want to excel in the classroom and in the gym at all times. I want to find a college that is just as excited about finding me as I am about finding them. I'm looking for a college where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the court.
