Hi, my name is Angel Zoulek and I've been playing volleyball since 4th grade. I have years of experience on my back and I have been playing with an 18U travel team since I was 15. I currently am enrolled and played one semester at Rochester University in Rochester Hills MI. I am always trying to strive for the best, and I have made the decision to branch out and transfer. I believe that the work I put in off the court is even more important than the work I put on the court.
I am a strong academic student and have recently made the President's List requiring a 4.0 GPA. I have a strong moral compass and carry my Christian values everywhere I go. I carry that with my teams and my peers. My ideal college has a strong pre-med program and a fun volleyball environment! If I were an animal, I would be a kangaroo. I am bursting full of positive energy and constantly jumping to hype up my teammates.
I like to step out of my comfort zone and learn new things! For example, I hold the title of Miss Traverse City Teen USA in 2021 and I competed in the Miss Michigan Teen USA pageant.
I am looking to grow as an academic, athlete, and person. These goals continue to drive my competitive will every day and the grind never stops.
