My name is Lexi Leone and I am a 5’10” outside hitter / middle blocker for Monroe High School. I have just completed my senior year as a fourth year varsity starter, 3 time 1st team all-conference, 3 time 1st team all-region, 2 time Class A all-state honorable mention, and 2nd team Class A All State (senior year). My senior year season stats include setting the Monroe High School single season record for kills with 696 kills (.327%), serve receive 93%, serve 96.6%, digs 426 (83%) and 41 blocks. I have always liked being on a team. Ever since I was very young I have been on a team. My teams have included basketball, soccer, softball, tennis, but volleyball has always been my favorite. My family has always been very supportive of me, helping me be a better student and volleyball player. I have been taught that with focus and hard work that anything is achievable, and look to make the most of my volleyball career. In addition to volleyball I play number one singles for our varsity tennis team (voted 2 time Monroe County player of the year), am a member of national honor society and student council, and maintain a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. My future goals include playing volleyball for a great college program and pursuing an engineering degree.
