I have been playing the game of volleyball since I was 8, after watching my sister play, I fell in love with the sport and knew that's what I wanted to play.
This year as a Junior I played Varsity and was a starter. This will also be my 7th JO season. Every team I have played for has taught me not only volleyball but sportsmanship, teamwork, fairness, and overall just how to be a good person.
I have always desired to be the best in whatever I do. Whether it be sports or school. I believe that is what drives me to be the best. I workout and train whenever I can because my long term goal is to play Division 1 volleyball.
Academics are also a big part of my life as I am in the CEMS (Center for Engineering Math and Science) program at my school. This program is teaching me how to balance school and sports, and will help me be prepared for college sports and classes.
As a person and player I have been told that I'm respectful, mature, responsible, funny, helpful, caring, and coachable. My mindset as a player is about effort and persistence to be the best player I can be.
