Hello, my name is Ivy Edwards. I am a junior at Sacred Heart High School in Minnesota. I am an outside hitter and a six position player. I was honored to be a captain this year and I strive to be a leader on and off the court. I work my hardest every time I step on the court and I am always there to lift my teammates up when they make mistakes. Other sports I play are basketball and soccer. I also run track at Sacred Heart High School and play multiple summer sports.
Academics are one of the most important things to me. I am a 4.0 student and I always work hard in my studies. I am taking two college credit classes this year; sociology and psychology. Next year, I plan to take college level composition course and anatomy through the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota.
The most important aspects of my life include my family, faith, and sports. I am so fortunate to be able to grow up in a Catholic community. My high school and family have shaped me into the person I am today and I am so lucky to have such amazing people in my life. I have loved playing sports my whole life. Volleyball is a part of me that I cannot let go of and I hope to bring that passion and positive attitude with me in anything I do in my future. I am always ready to work my absolute hardest every time I step on the court.
