I see myself as a dedicated player and person on and off the court whether it's volleyball or my academics. My after-high school/college goals other than to play high-level volleyball is to attend medical school, I am very interested in the medical field and have a strong passion for studying and becoming an anesthesiologist or some type of surgeon. I have been on the A-honor roll every year since middle school and continue to achieve good grades while having extracurriculars outside of school. I am very competitive, committed, and passionate about the game of volleyball like many other players but what separates me is the hunger I have for the game. I am and have always been considered an "underdog" because of my height compared to other players, and other middle blockers especially. I am small compared to other players and although it has been tough and I have had to and continue to work extra hard, it has never stopped me from pushing through the adversity and pushing myself to dominate against other talented and bigger opponents. I am a very humble person but my hustle and fire are always still present.
