Personal Statement
My name is Maia Walters. I play libero\DS at Jefferson High School in Montana. I have been playing volleyball since 3rd grade and I instantly fell in love with it. Playing volleyball in college has always been a dream of mine and I am determined to make that dream come true. Some of my athletic and academic achievements would be that I was able to play and letter on my varsity team. My coach also awarded me with the “kamikaze” award which was given to me because of my efforts in defense. I was also awarded Academic All-State at the end of the season. I would love to attend a college close to the coast so I can study in marine biology which is something I’m deeply interested in.
