Ever since I can remember I have had an interest in sports. Throughout elementray school I played softball, baseball soccer, basketball, track and volleyball. Even though I enjoyed these other sports, volleyball was the one I was naturally good at and was the most rewarding. I like the fast paced, team aspect; the mental game within the game; and the ability to work on my skills, level of fitness and strength and see immediate results on the court. It was a difficult choice giving up other high school sports, but volleyball has become a year-round activity between high school ball, club ball, and off season camps and conditioning.
I intend to play competitive volleyball as long as I can, and recreationally after that.
