Josie Thomas '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Josie Thomas, number seventeen. I attend Gardiner High School in Gardiner, MT.  This past year, I started as mostly an outside hitter but set out of the back row for half a season. It is my goal as a volleyball player to earn the right to be confident on the court. I am willing to put the time in to grow as a player and as an athlete. While many loathe conditioning, I thrive on it.  Along with my work ethic, I have found that my major strength is the ability to get my team pumped to play. There is nothing more rewarding than a teammate making a great play.   Although I like to have fun with the game, I am extremely competitive with a drive to win.  Perfection is something I strive for in the classroom, on the court, and in every aspect of my life.
