Volleyball is my passion! I want to play volleyball in college more than anything. My position play is flexible-outside, opposite and middle positions (wherever the coach wants me to play!) and play all around on my team. Please watch my hudl video.
There is no better feeling then competing against a great team, playing my best and leaving it all on the court. Tough competition motivates me to play better. I played/started on the SCVA regional team last summer at the USA High Performance Championship Tournament in Des Moines Iowa. Coach played me at both outside and middle positions. I also competed on a beach/sand team and traveled to CA for weekend tournaments last summer. In July 2014, I attended USA A2 Volleyball Training in Colorado Springs. In high school, I was awarded offensive player of the year and made 1st team all-conference this year.
My plan is to earn a college degree in business so that I can successfully own and manage my own athletics/sports center or to work directly with players as a sports psychologist. I haven't decided yet. Either way, I am working hard to improve my GPA which currently doesn't reflect my academic potential.
Volleyball and sports will always be a big part of my life!
