Chloe Blanchard '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach! My name is Chloe and I am very committed to volleyball. I study my past footage everyday and train to improve what I lacked during the games. When Im not studying my videos, I am watching NCAA volleyball games and learning their methods of playing as a DS or Libero. A few volleyball oriented fun facts about me is that I played power for 4 years, always excelling in hustle and diving, two years ago I made the switch to primarily being a DS and finally now becoming a Libero for my travel team and varsity high school team. I love playing volleyball because it is a team oriented sport, and I am a HUGE people person! I bring positive energy and awesome dance moves to the court, and will always be the first one to hype up any teamate who gets a kill or an ace! I have a very comforting attitude which can help my team in stressful situations and make them take a deep breath and listen to my words of leadership. I am not afraid to own up to my mistakes and understand how to fix them. Academically, I thrive mostly in history and english, as I really enjoy pursuing action on interesting stories that catch my attention; giving me the initiative to help out! Recently, I did a project on oppression and violence against indigenous women, where it got featured in a national article relating to an ongoing violence case in Manitoba.
