Kara Blaisdell '18 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5’ 7” Right side/Opposite hitter from Barrington New Hampshire, graduating in the class of 2018. I have been on my school varsity team since my freshmen year at Oyster River High School.

For my school team, I am an Outside Hitter, and for my club team, Seacoast NH juniors 18 Open, I play Middle and Opposite Hitter. I have played every position besides setter at a club or varsity level, and am open to a position change, depending on the needs of the team.

I began playing volleyball my 6th grade year with my school team, that was also my first year of club. I fell in love instantly.

Volleyball changed my life, I became a leader and a well-rounded teenager.

I couldn’t imagine my life without it, and that’s why I am here, writing this, to hopefully take my game to the next level.
